MenerDesk is a manually onboarded service for local businesses. Your commercial agreement with MenerAI sets pricing and service arrangements.

Your responsibilities

Keep business information, service areas, hours, and contact numbers accurate. Review AI summaries and appointment requests before relying on them. Only confirmed appointments should be communicated as confirmed. You remain responsible for your services, invoice accuracy, taxes, and payment collection.

Calls and messages

Use the service for lawful customer communications. Provide appropriate AI and recording disclosures and obtain any required consent for calls, texts, and emails. Do not use MenerDesk for unsolicited campaigns or emergency response.

Availability and limitations

AI may misunderstand a caller. Phone, calendar, email, and text services can be interrupted. MenerDesk preserves local appointments and invoices when an external connection fails, but businesses must review errors and retry when needed. MenerDesk is not an emergency service.

Accounts and changes

Protect your account and only grant access to authorized people. Contact MenerAI for onboarding, access changes, cancellation, or questions about these terms.
